Privacy policy

AXELITES respects its users' privacy and is committed to protecting their personal data. This policy describes the collection, use, retention and protection of information when you visit our website or use our services.

1. Data collection

AXELITES collects information you provide directly and data relating to website use.

  • Your name, email address and telephone number, particularly when you complete a contact form or subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Pages visited, time spent on the website and other usage data, for analysis and improvement of our services.

2. Data use

Collected information is used for the following purposes.

  • Responding to your requests and questions.
  • Improving our website and services.
  • Sending newsletters and promotions if you have chosen to receive them.

3. Data sharing

AXELITES does not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who assist us in our activities, provided they comply with this privacy policy.

4. Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.

5. Cookies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject them or choose by category. Until you give your consent, no analytics or advertising cookie is set: Google’s tools can only send signals without cookies or identifiers, used in aggregate.

The site uses three categories of cookies:

  • Essential: required for the site to work and stay secure, such as protecting the contact form against bots, and to remember your cookie choice, saved in your browser’s local storage. They do not require your consent and cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics): the _ga and _ga_* cookies, kept for 13 months at most, show us how the site is used (pages viewed, journeys, traffic sources) so that we can improve it. They are only set with your consent.
  • Advertising (Google Ads): the _gcl_* cookies, kept for 90 days, measure the contact requests that come from our ads. With your consent, Google may also use its own cookies, on its own domains, to tailor the ads you see.

6. Managing your cookie choices

Your choice is kept for six months, then you are asked again. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page: the cookies of the category you reject are then deleted. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google Analytics and Google Ads are services of Google Ireland Limited. The data collected may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google adheres. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing. To exercise these rights, contact AXELITES at contact@axelites.com.

We may update this privacy policy. We will inform you of changes by updating the document's last-updated date.
