PDF in French · 50 pagesRead the 2025 CSR reportA technology company's responsibility begins in its relationships with customers, employees, partners and the environment. For a responsible IT services company, commercial, human and technical decisions must be considered together.
At AXELITES, this approach covers digital projects, business applications, e-commerce platforms, application maintenance, ERP integration and Data and AI uses. Our charters and CSR report frame these commitments and make their progress available for review.
Clear commitments. Accountable decisions.
Entrusting an IT project to a partner also means choosing a way of working. Our ethics charter, values charter and the CSR governance presented in our report define a shared framework for the company's decisions.
Proposals that specify the scope, deliverables and associated commitments. Regular discussions to track progress, address difficulties and make the reasoning behind decisions clear.
The purchasing charter commits AXELITES and its suppliers to rejecting corruption, favouritism and unfair practices. Preventing conflicts of interest is part of this requirement for professional ethics.
The CSR report describes a steering committee, regulatory monitoring and independent financial oversight. These arrangements help clarify responsibilities and take applicable rules into account.
Listening to expectations, honouring agreed commitments and addressing customer feedback are part of our approach. Lasting relationships are built on clear information and follow-through on decisions.
Digital trust is part of our responsibility.
Business applications, e-commerce, application maintenance or ERP integration: entrusted information and client environments require care suited to their sensitivity. Our charter provides for their protection; the CSR report describes confidentiality clauses and team awareness initiatives.
Protecting client information and complying with data protection requirements, including the GDPR where applicable. Uses, access and processing conditions need to be defined for each project.
Identifying sensitive data and user roles, limiting permissions to what is needed and controlling exchanges. Protecting environments begins at the design stage, with measures proportionate to the risks.
Good development practices, code review, testing and dependency monitoring support the evolution of solutions. Security is checked over time, as usage and systems change.
Usage rights for deliverables, code and third-party components must be clearly stated in the contractual framework. Data and AI projects also require clarity about the information used and the services to which it is sent.
The quality of client relationships also begins within our teams.
A respectful professional environment enables everyone to contribute and develop. Our charters establish principles of equal opportunity, diversity, non-discrimination and dialogue. The CSR report presents the actions that put this approach into practice.
Wellbeing, health and safety are among the issues we monitor. A workshop led by a psychology specialist addressed individual needs, prioritization and work-life balance.
Discussions with managers, annual reviews and opportunities for dialogue help identify expectations, difficulties and support needs. Workshops on diversity and inclusion build on this collective effort.

Learning today to remain valuable in the long term.
In an IT services company, continuous training supports both project quality and employability. Our 2025 report documents access to Udemy, internal mobility and annual reviews to support professional development.
Technical, business and interpersonal training to enrich skills in step with technological developments and professional needs.
Knowledge sharing and welcoming interns, especially for final-year placements, help connect learning with the situations encountered on projects.
Annual discussions help identify training and support needs. Internal mobility opens up possibilities when assignments and opportunities allow.
The right solution uses the resources it needs.
Digital sufficiency, technical quality, performance and cost control come together in design decisions. Our report identifies eco-design and limiting unnecessary resources as areas for improvement to incorporate where relevant to the project.
Choosing architecture and infrastructure suited to usage, volumes and operational constraints. Examining consumption and costs before adding more services.
Working on loading times, data exchanges, storage and unnecessary processing. A lightweight interface and controlled resources contribute to a better user experience.
Planning maintenance, documenting decisions and reducing technical debt. Gradually taking over an existing system and updating components can avoid a complete rebuild when the underlying foundation allows it.
A useful application. Controlled data. A human decision.
Our approach to AI starts with a specific use case and the client's constraints. The choice of a model or service comes after examining the data, permissions and operating conditions.
Specifying which sources can be consulted and which information is sent to AI services. Examining confidentiality, processing conditions and hosting before integration.
Defining authorized actions, situations requiring approval and the person responsible for decisions. Making the system's limitations and errors understandable.
Testing responses and behaviour on representative examples. Monitoring errors, security and resource consumption to decide the next steps based on actual use.
Shared standards throughout the relationship.
Our purchasing charter formalizes mutual commitments between AXELITES and its suppliers. It combines ethics, human rights, working conditions, confidentiality and environmental responsibility, with an annual assessment planned as part of the approach.
Quality, reliability, social practices and integrity matter in relationships with suppliers, partners and subcontractors. Respect for entrusted information and applicable regulations is part of our published expectations.
The report describes how partners' geographical proximity and social commitment are considered when these criteria are compatible with the project's technical and economic requirements.
Practical actions and practices to improve.
Managing our footprint is part of the approach, alongside people and governance issues. We distinguish the actions described in the report from areas for improvement that still require further work.
Our collaboration with Colibris, sorting stations and team awareness initiatives have established waste management practices. CSR month dedicated a workshop to these everyday actions.
The report presents the gradual replacement of bulbs with LEDs and awareness initiatives covering switching off equipment, using natural light and making sensible use of heating and air conditioning.
End-of-life equipment management, donation and recycling are among the areas requiring further structure. Extending equipment use and choosing suitable disposal and recovery channels are part of this work.
In Tunis, the offices are located in an area accessible by public transport. Digitization, reducing paper use and managing emails, attachments and storage also call for thoughtful practices.
Our approach follows the core principles of social responsibility defined by ISO 26000. This framework encourages us to examine the effects of our decisions on people, our business relationships and our environment.
Its seven core subjects provide an overall perspective that extends beyond environmental issues alone. ISO 26000 provides guidance; it is not a certification standard.
