A Magento expert reviews your store and sends you a prioritised report within 5 business days: security gaps, risky modules, slow pages, conversion blockers and running costs to cut.
What the audit reviews on your store:
A store can keep selling every day while risks quietly pile up: overdue patches, abandoned extensions, slow mobile pages, rising hosting bills. The free audit brings these issues to light and tells you where to start.
Security, modules, performance, usability, running costs and strategy: the audit looks at your store as a whole, because a slow page, a risky module and a rising bill often share the same cause.
Magento version, applied security patches, admin protection and third-party scripts: we spot known vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
Every extension adds code to maintain. We identify modules that are outdated, abandoned, redundant or incompatible with the next release, as well as fragile custom developments.
A slow page costs sales, especially on mobile. We measure Core Web Vitals, server response time, caching and the weight of key pages: home, category, product page and cart.
We browse the store as your customers do: search, filters, product page, cart and checkout. Purchase blockers and technical SEO errors are logged page by page.
Server, CDN, licences, subscriptions and maintenance time: we spot the spending to cut and the capacity to review before traffic peaks.
A version upgrade, a move to Hyvä, Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce, maintenance or a redesign: the audit helps you choose the right path for the years ahead.
A clear document, written to be read by management and technical teams alike, then presented by a Magento expert in a video call.

Your store address and a work email are enough to get started. A first video call is then required before the audit starts: the information that cannot be seen from outside is gathered with you over a screen share, with no access to hand over.

The form only asks for the URL, your contact details with a work email address and, if you wish, your current priorities.
Stage: YouA first video call is required before the audit starts: a Magento expert confirms your priorities and gathers with you, over a screen share, the information that cannot be seen from outside. No access to hand over.
Stage: ScopingSecurity, modules, performance, usability, technical SEO, hosting and costs: each area is reviewed and every finding documented.
Stage: ReviewThe written report arrives within 5 business days of the scoping call, with a prioritised action plan.
Stage: ReportWe go through the findings and priorities together in a video call, then you decide what comes next, with or without AXELITES.
Stage: Video callYour store address is enough to get started and for every check visible from outside. Other checks need information that cannot be seen from the website, such as the PHP version or the list of installed modules. No need to give us access: we look it up with you over a screen share during the first video call, before the audit starts.
No access to hand over. During the first video call, over a screen share, our team guides you to find this information in your store’s admin or your hosting panel. You can also send it to us, or give us access if you prefer. Without this information, those parts of the audit cannot be carried out.
The two audits complement each other. The free audit gives a prioritised overview; the technical and performance audit explores a specific scope in depth, on a quote basis.

Magento is a powerful platform, but a demanding one: every release, extension and custom development adds dependencies. Over the years, a store can appear to run normally while becoming slower, more expensive to maintain and more exposed to security flaws.
An audit takes stock before these issues turn into an incident or an unplanned project. It is especially useful in the following situations:
Your store address is enough for a full first review of everything visible: exposed version and configuration, security headers, third-party scripts, detectable extensions, Core Web Vitals, the mobile journey, checkout up to payment and technical SEO. These external checks change nothing on your store.
Another part of the audit relies on information that cannot be seen from outside: PHP and server component versions, the exact Magento version, installed modules and their versions, scheduled tasks, cache and indexing configuration. You do not need to give us access: we look this information up with you over a screen share, or you send it to us. Without it, those checks cannot be carried out, and the report says so.
A Magento store’s security depends on the installed version, the patches applied and the extensions. Adobe regularly releases security patches for Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce: a store that does not apply them remains exposed to known, documented vulnerabilities.
The audit also checks what surrounds the store: admin access, third-party scripts loaded on payment pages, HTTPS configuration and security headers. PCI DSS 4.0 notably requires merchants to inventory and control the scripts running on payment pages. The audit does not replace a penetration test, which requires a specific agreement.
The cost of a Magento store goes well beyond its build: hosting, extension licences, third-party subscriptions, maintenance time and recurring fixes weigh on every month. The audit identifies spending that no longer serves a purpose or can be reduced.
Common examples: a paid extension that a native Magento feature could replace, a server that is oversized or, on the contrary, saturated at peak times, a fragile custom module that causes incidents at every update, manual tasks that could be automated. Each saving is presented with its impact and the effort it requires.
The free audit provides a complete, prioritised overview of your store, based on its address and the information gathered with you over a screen share. In most cases, it is enough to decide on your next steps: quick fixes, an upgrade, maintenance or a redesign.
When the findings call for a closer look, for example to explain a specific slowdown, review all the custom code or run load tests, our technical and performance audit takes over, on a scope defined together.
The audit is carried out by the team that maintains and develops Magento stores every day: security patches, version upgrades, ERP integrations and Hyvä themes.
The report is written to be usable by your own team or by your current provider. You remain free to decide what comes next, with no obligation to hire us for the work.
Each finding is ranked by its impact on your sales, security and costs, along with the effort it requires. You know exactly where to start.
A Magento expert presents the findings, answers your questions and helps you weigh quick fixes, deeper work and strategic decisions.

It is the most concrete way to show you our method and our knowledge of Magento. If you then want support, you will know exactly how we work; if not, the report remains useful to your team or your provider.
The free audit is reserved for businesses running a Magento store. A work email address is required: requests sent from a personal mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo…) are not accepted.
Yes. A first video call is required before the audit starts. A Magento expert confirms your priorities and gathers with you, over a screen share, the information that cannot be seen from outside. The 5 business days to receive the report start from this call.
The written report arrives within 5 business days of the scoping call, then a Magento expert walks you through it in a video call.
No. Your store address is enough to get started. Part of the audit needs a few details that cannot be seen from outside, such as the PHP version or the list of installed modules: we look them up with you over a screen share, without you having to give us access. You can also send them to us, or give us access if you prefer. Without this information, those checks cannot be carried out.
No. External checks are carried out as a visitor would, without placing orders, and the screen share is only used to look up information: nothing is changed in your store. No load testing or penetration testing is performed as part of the free audit.
Magento 2 in all its editions: Magento Open Source, Adobe Commerce, including on Adobe Commerce Cloud, and Mage-OS. Stores running the Luma theme, a custom theme or Hyvä are all covered.
Yes. Magento 1 has not received security patches since June 2020; the audit then focuses on the risks of the current version and on the options for migrating to Magento 2 or another platform.
An executive summary, a review of each area (security, modules, performance, usability, hosting and costs), detailed findings with their impact, and a prioritised action plan that separates quick fixes, larger projects and strategic decisions.
The free audit provides a complete, prioritised overview. The technical and performance audit is a quoted engagement that goes further on a defined scope: reproducible measurements, an in-depth code review, and load or security testing by agreement.
No. The report belongs to you and can be handed to your team or your current provider. If you wish, we can also provide a quote for the fixes and the maintenance of your store.
